- How far is Whistler from Vancouver?
Whistler is approximately 2 hours North of Vancouver
by car. The road is currently undergoing major
upgrades for the 2010 Olympics,
and the travel time is
continually shortening.
- How can I get from the Vancouver Airport to
Whistler, and what are the costs?
There are several options for travel to Whistler from
the Vancouver Airport:
-Rental car (all major companies are at the Airport)
-Bus (buses leave regularly from the Airport)
-Limousine (often a good saving for larger groups)
-Air: Float planes and helicopters fly direct to Whistler
- How far are the condos from the ski-slopes?
Aspens is located right on the ski-slope, and is ski-in,
ski-out.
Treeline is located about a 10 minute walk across
from the Blackcomb
slope, and is ski-in. A free
shuttle comes to the complex every
15 minutes to
take skiiers to the lift
base.
- What are the best ways to get around Whistler?
It is possible to get around in Whistler on foot, with
about a 15-20 minute walk from Treeline to the main
Village area. The free shuttle system operates
continually until about 3:00 AM, depending on the
season. Taxis are also plentiful and readily
available.
- How do I get the keys for the condos?
The condos use a coded access system. Renters are
provided with an entry code
upon receipt of their full
payment. This allows renters
to come and go without
restriction during their
stay.
- What can I expect to find in the condos?
The condos are fully equipped with everything you
need for cooking, food storage,
and bathing. Basics
include: shower soaps and shampoos,
towels, linen
sheets, and condiments for cooking.
Extras include:
high-speed wireless internet, granite
countertops, flat-
panel TV. A full list of the contents

located in the links on the left.
- Who do I call if there is a problem?
Emergency personnel are available 24 hours a day
to
assist with any maintenance emergencies.
- Where can I get ski-rental and lift-ticket discounts?
We can help direct you to the best ski- and lift-ticket
discounts available.
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, bank drafts or
checks.
Payment includes the nightly rate listed on this web-
site, plus a 6% Government Service Tax. This tax is
refundable until March, 2007.
Renters are also required to provide a damage
deposit, which is held on their
credit card, or other
method. The damage deposit is between
$500-$750.
- What is the payment schedule?
A 25% deposit holds the reservation, with the
remainder of the payment due 60 days prior to the
first night. The reservation deposit is considered non-
refundable.
- What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made by the guest after the 60 days
prior to the rental are refunded
on the basis of the
rental dates which may be rebooked.
We reserve the
right to cancel reservations if
full payments are not
received 45 days prior to the first
rental night.
